Account & login

• Reset your password from the app’s login screen

• If email confirmation is stuck, check spam/junk for messages from Violet

• Apple Sign In issues: confirm you’re using the same Apple ID you signed up with

Profile & photos

• Edit your profile from the Profile tab

• Profile photos and verification selfies are separate — a verification selfie is not your public profile photo

Verification

• Verification helps keep Violet safer

• Submit a clear selfie from the verification flow in the app

• Reviews can take time; you’ll get an update in the app (and email when available)

Discover & location

• Nearby profiles use your location while the app is open

• Exact coordinates are not shown to other members

• You can adjust location privacy in Settings

Messaging & safety

• Use Block and Report on a member’s profile when needed

• For urgent safety concerns, email hello@thevioletapp.com with as much detail as you can

Delete your account

• You can delete your account from Settings in the app

App Store / purchases

If you subscribed through Apple, manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID → Subscriptions settings. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
